Contact inquiries

When you submit the contact form, the website processes the name, company, email address, phone number, selected service, and message you provide. The information is used to respond to the inquiry, assess project fit, and maintain ordinary business correspondence.

Spam prevention and security

The contact form uses a session token, submission timing, a hidden anti-bot field, request-size limits, and rate limiting. A one-way hash derived from the requesting IP address may be stored temporarily on the server to limit repeated submissions. The website may also create ordinary server logs containing request information for reliability and security purposes.

Do not submit sensitive credentials

Do not send passwords, private keys, production credentials, confidential source code, regulated personal information, or customer datasets through the public contact form. A more appropriate transfer method can be arranged after contact is established.

Cookies

The website uses a session cookie for form security. It is not intended for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Service providers

The website hosting provider and email infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver the site and the submitted inquiry. Additional analytics or marketing services should be added to this notice before they are enabled.

Retention

Inquiry information may be retained as long as reasonably required for correspondence, project evaluation, legal obligations, security, and ordinary business records. Temporary rate-limit records are designed to expire from active use after their configured time window.
